Brought back to the Windows 8 PC, wouldn't work, yet the other does. ![]() > I have a windows 7 PC here that I tried the dock on that I can't get working, alone, by itself, not both of them. Second replacement drive will not come up in Disk Management or as a USB device. Brought online while the first was up and continued working. Ordered a replacement which I refer to as he second drive now. Couldn't get it to work, unboxed the second one, shut the first one off and the second came up which is now the one I refer to as the working drive. had an issue with the very first one I tried. This could be related to an IRQ conflict or other issue with multiple docking stations installed at one time. > Turned off the Second one and turned the first one back on. > Turned oth off, tuned on the second one which I could not get connected. Have you tested each docking station seperately? Would like to verify that each one is working properly by itself first. ![]() I was hoping for some other insight before I proceed further. I understand the address issue, but also understand it will be a reg hack to prob fix it. So I am raching out to the forum to hopefully find my solution. I checked the Thermaltake support page, it's Sunday and the phone support is only available M thru F which dosn't help me, the Chat option says its coming in the future, ugggh, and the email support page is a bad link! So no support for me. I can't seem to find any help on this online other than other posts relating to the same issue. It said it was installed already and exited. Even though I already had one working, I downloaded and ran the update. I found one solution that required a small Windows update on Windows 8 to get this to work. The replacement came in, I plugged it in (keep in mind I have a working dock right now already attached to the system), Device Manager eventually show the device as "Unknown USB Device (Set Address Failed)". Tried the second one and it worked great! Looked like a DOA of the first dock so I returnede it and ordered another. Could not get the first one I tried to recognize for anything.
